In 104 Days Around the World

lp01 Some of you might know it already. I’m planning to leave Germany again. But this time not for studying or working, this time only for travelling. Christan and I will start our journey in exactly one week, on Nov. 1st. from Berlin. And by now I’m really getting exited :)

Since 104 days are not too much, we will focus mainly on China, Southeast-Asia and New Zealand. In between we are just shortly stopping by Sydney, the Fiji-Island and New York.

There is still a lot of reading, planning and packing to do during this last week. But in someway this is part of the fun :) I don’t know jet, if I will be able to access this blog from Asia, so I can’t promise to upload pictures here. But I’ll try :)

If you wish to receive a post card and don’t know if I have your address, you can mail it to me during the next week :)

BTW: When I took the picture above, I noticed that the text flow on the spine differs with the language… The Text on the  German Lonely Planets goes from bottom to top while the others go from top to bottom. Isn’t that weired?! A short search at google gave me this result. This is saying that there is no DIN for book spine texts… Do you have a better explanation?
